Manager - Customer Relations & Sales

Job Description

* Meet prospective clients, understand their requirement and offer a suitable 'Real Estate' product * Negotiate, close deals & enhance the company revenues * Manage the sales process at site * Build customer relationship and manage post sales service * Generate lead by innovative methods apart from phone calls and direct meetings * Maintain and update client database * Maintain MIS and generate required reports * Responsible for increasing and developing sales * Provide post sales services to client(s) by regularly updates about the project completion stage, their payment schedule, timely billing and collection
