I. Customer Onboarding & Journey Coordination
Perform Welcome Calls to all newly booked customers; explain company processes Guide customers clearly on: Documentation checklist Payment milestones & due dates APF loan process updates Agreement & registration timelines Maintain regular courtesy follow\-up calls & WhatsApp\/email updates Goal Zero confusion, fully guided customer experience II. Experience Enhancing Interactions Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional communication tone at alltimes Assist customers during: Site visits and construction progress discussions Sample flat walkthroughs and experience centre visits Ensure personalized engagement through: Birthday \/ Anniversary greetings Festival wishes Milestone celebration assistance Customer should feel valued and remembered, not just serviced III. Complaint Handling & Service Coordination Record customer concerns accurately in CRM systems (Zoho \/ Salesforce) Coordinate internally with: CRM Collections Projects Team Legal & Finance Departments Track and follow up until the concern is resolved within agreed TAT Provide timely status updates and ensure closure satisfaction SLA Commitment Proactive follow\-ups until resolution confirmation IV. Handover & Possession Support Support pre\-handover documentation: Snag list collection Final demand notes coordination Handover kit arrangements Assist Customer Delight Manager during handover events Conduct post\-handover courtesy check\-ins within the first 30 days Ensure \Best Day Experience\during handover ceremony V. Records Management & Reporting Support Maintain customer interaction logs for transparency and audit readiness Update: Progress tracker reports Issue tracker and escalation logs Satisfaction survey responses Prepare daily call summary and submit timely reports to Manager 100% data accuracy expected VI. Referral Sales Engagement Promote referral programs tactfully to satisfied customers Track and report referral opportunities to Sales Team Monthly referral contribution target: 5\8% of conversions
