Manager CRM Architect Technical

As a MSD CRM Architect at EY, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing the next generation digital architecture for CRM engagements. Your deep hands-on knowledge of D365 CRM Configuration, customization, and integration will be essential in delivering innovative solutions to meet client requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement the next generation digital architecture for CRM engagements - Analyze and design phases of projects in collaboration with client teams - Translate business requirements into innovative solutions - Conduct application design sessions and provide solution recommendations - Configure and customize CRM applications within D365 - Develop CRM applications using .Net Plugins/ASP.Net extensions - Ensure design alignment with business requirements - Work collaboratively in a team environment - Remain flexible in response to changing workloads **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 14+ years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience - Hands-on development experience in writing plugins - Experience in large transformation programs in onshore offshore delivery model - Client facing engagement experience - End to end implementation experience with integration - Design and coding expertise in Visual Studio, C#, and IIS-Dynamics CRM - Agile delivery and deployment experience - Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with sound industry experience EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society.
