Job Description

Role & responsibilities To facilitate, monitor and ensure that the Company is conducting its business in full compliance with all national and international legislations and regulations. Guide business group and branch offices on statutory compliance. Lead statutory compliance strategies for Voltas. To oversee the Compliance Reporting System and to ensure that all stakeholders report their compliances in time. To identify, assess and mitigate potential compliance risk. To do periodic audits and cross check that compliances are being done in time. Updating and reviewing the Compliance Checklist and identify any gaps. Provide training to ensure stakeholders, understand their employee obligations. Assisting in the preparation and submission of the Compliance Report to the Management Help maintain Policy and Procedure to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Keep leadership informed of the new or changes in laws that may affect the Organization. To liaison with regulatory and government authorities
