Scope: Act as a Management representative for customer Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms Review of enquires, sending an initial response to customers Prepare techno-commercial offer Coordinate with design, technical, production Coordinate vendor registration factory visits Act as point of contact for complaints and resolve/escalate issues as appropriate
