Technical Skills Channel Network Development Prospecting & Assessment Knowledge of Small Pumps and Pumping system Channel Management Soft Skills Requirement Language Preferred: Marathi, English, Hindi Communication Skills, Presentation Skills; Negotiation Skills MS-office Summary /Purpose of the role Responsible for expanding the Primary Network in the focus regions by identifying prospects; assess; on-board New Dealer; nurture with growing its secondary and plumber network jointly with Business Manager Key ResponsibilitiesReach Activity (Scouting): Desk lead generation & Field prospecting in the given market to identify potential prospects. In-person meetings with interested leads and pitch with KBL Dealership Proposition Evaluation of the interested Prospects and finalisation in coordination with KBL Sales Team support MIS reports on progress of all leads & appointments Channel Appointment Primary & Secondary: Collection of KYC & Statutory Documents & assessment Processing of New Prospect application for stake holders approvals in Portal Agreement Signoff & Business deposit post approval Initiate First Order and business operations. Handholding and Nurturance: Co-ordinate with respective functions for deployment of marketing tools Channel partner trainings on KBL products, systems, and processes Develop retailer network and improve secondary reach Track & update stakeholders on market movements Capture channel partner feedback and co-ordinate with Sales for closure
