Manager- Business Strategy

As a member of the team supporting the incubator/accelerator process with the Studio team, your role will involve various activities such as workshops, value proposition development, market sizing, research and validation, business model design, and more. You will assist in workshop activities, capture insights, and create workshop deliverables. Additionally, you will gather and analyze customer/client feedback to test assumptions and identify risks related to customer value, business viability, usability, and feasibility. Serving as a do-er alongside the Studio team, you will actively contribute to project execution. Your responsibilities will also include developing competitive landscapes, identifying unique differentiators, creating financial models, and supporting the team in developing the business case for new ventures. Key Responsibilities: - Support the incubator/accelerator process with the Studio team - Assist in workshop activities and create workshop deliverables - Gather and analyze customer/client feedback - Serve as a do-er alongside the Studio team - Develop competitive landscapes and identify unique differentiators - Create financial models - Support the team in developing the business case for new ventures Qualifications: - Minimum five years of recent experience in entrepreneurial environments, including an innovation lab, studio, or early-stage startup - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university - Former founder or experience working in a startup environment, with previous experience using lean startup methodology and product lifecycle management preferred - Prior experience running workshops using design thinking principles - Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a time-constrained environment - Capable of delivering high-quality work in committed time frames with attention to detail - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills - Design thinking and/or facilitation credentials - Understanding of market segmentation and financial modeling for startups - Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts in easy-to-understand terms - Strong research, analysis, teaming, and networking skills,
