Role Overview: As an ideal candidate for this role, you will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and management. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing accounting operations and ensuring exceptional client service delivery. You will lead a team of accounting professionals, foster strong client relationships, implement best practices for enhanced efficiency, ensure compliance with accounting standards including GST and TDS, and successfully execute accounting projects. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Implement best practices to enhance efficiency in accounting operations - Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations such as GST and TDS - Lead accounting projects to successful completion Qualifications Required: - CA degree or equivalent - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/finance - Strong communication skills - Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems - In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations including IGAAP, IND-AS, IFRS, or USGAAP Please note that personal attributes essential for this role include strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, adaptability to manage changing priorities, and being a team player with strong interpersonal skills.,
