Job Description

As a Manager Business Operations, you will play a critical role in setting up and managing processes across banking and non-banking products, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining SLAs, and handling internal and external escalations. This role is integral to running our business in a compliant and efficient manner while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. We are looking for proactive, strategic thinkers who can approach business challenges holistically and evolve into future leaders of the organization. What you'll be doing Streamline and monitor operations across financial products, ensuring SLA adherence. Own end-to-end resolution of failed transactions, reconciliation, and financial tracking. Monitor payment processing, track partner performance, and drive improvements. Identify and investigate anomalies, fraud alerts, and operational risks. Lead stakeholder management, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams (Product, CX, Risk, Finance) and external stakeholders (banks, vendors, regulators). Proactively communicate with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and resolving concerns with data-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and customer experience. Requirements 4+ years of work experience & have the ability to understand operational risks and thereby develop solutions in mitigating those risks. Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills: ability to use hard data. Entrepreneurial approach to owning responsibilities with strong accountability to delivering outcomes Knowledge of Payment gateway and their processes. (Reconciliations / chargebacks / Success Rate/Integrations Support) Communication skills - Exceptional verbal and written communication Listening skills - Understand, anticipate and resolve queries arising from various stakeholders Identify anomalies or suspicious behaviors and act quickly to reduce the impact Takes initiatives - Quickly and thoroughly solves problems when deliveries, transactions or experience do not go 100% as planned. Any Bachelors degree.
