Job Description

It involves overseeing client projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing teams, optimizing processes, and fostering client relationships. Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.

  • 4-5 years of experience

    in PMO, project reporting, or data analytics roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.



Technical Skills (Preferred Tools Experience)


  • Project Management Tools:

    MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar.

  • Data Analytics & Visualization:

    Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

  • Data Handling:

    Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas), SQL.

  • Presentation & Documentation:

    MS PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities


  • PMO Support & Governance


    • Support project planning, execution, and governance processes.

    • Track project deliverables, milestones, and risks, ensuring alignment with business goals.

    • Prepare executive dashboards, project health reports, and governance packs.

    • Ensure compliance with organizational PMO standards, processes, and templates.


  • Data Analytics & Reporting


    • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.

    • Design and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and resource utilization.

    • Perform trend analysis, root cause identification, and scenario modeling.

    • Partner with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and deliver accurate, timely insights.


  • Stakeholder Management


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and leadership to drive decision-making.

    • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
