Manager, Business Intelligence & Reporting Gurugram/Bangalore, India AXA XL recognizes digital, data and information assets are critical for the business, both in terms of managing risk and enabling new business opportunities. As we develop an enterprise-wide data and digital strategy that moves us toward greater focus on the use of data and strengthen our digital, AI capabilities, we are seeking a Manager, BI and Reporting. In this role you will support/manage BI & reporting. What will your essential responsibilities include? Manage BI & Reporting BAU and effective stakeholder management. Support/Manage BI & Reporting products. Energise and synergise the various Business Intelligence models and reporting. Support IDA BI & Reporting on existing and new/upcoming AI enabled initiatives and enabling development of the function, related capabilities. Develop BI & Reporting talent across AXA XL, while embracing inclusion and diversity, to enable usage and value creation through our strategic digital, data and analytics assets. Oversee the design/production/change for BI reporting. Contribute to best practices and standards to ensure a consistent approach to BI reporting. Instil a customer-first culture, prioritizing service for our business stakeholders above all. Contribute to the development of the Business Intelligence teams tools, skills, culture and bring favourable impact. You will report to the Delivery Lead, Business Intelligence & Reporting.
