Job Description

1. Conduct regular visits to steel plants to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients. 2. Act as the main point of contact between the company and the client, ensuring seamless communication. 3. Identify and gather inquiries related to equipment used mainly in Steel Melting Shops (eg. Caster, EAF (Electric Arc Furnace) , TCM (Tandem Cold Mills), CCM (Continuous Casting Machine) etc. and spare parts related to the same). 4. Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to provide tailored solutions. 5. Gather detailed information about the installed equipment in the plant, including specifications, operating conditions, and maintenance history. 6. Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upgrades, replacements, or new installations. 7. Document all client interactions, inquiries, and collected data for reporting purposes on a timely basis. 8. Oversee the sales process to attract new clients in the PSU and Private vertical, basically in the steel industry. 9. Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks. 10. Maintain fruitful relationships with government clients and address their needs effectively. Candidate Profile 1. Looking B. Tech /M. Tech candidate who have experience of Sale and Marketing (Metallurgy). Have experience of Plant visit.
