Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
● Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
● Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
● Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
● Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper merchandising, product availability, and brand visibility.
● Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
