Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for operations in allocated region/state 2. Support ZSE in lead generation of balers, aggregators, traders etc 3. Support ZSE in onboarding new sellers as per the SOP and targets 4. Expand the seller base in assigned and new districts/regions 5. Assessing & take required action on the performance of sellers 6. Monitoring & controlling the team of ZSEs a. ZSE Seller visits and Onboarding b. Gather information on supply availability from sellers/ZSE c. Supply Booking and tracking dispatches d. Develop alternatives for missing supply commitments 7. Ensure smooth execution of end to end transactions with greater seller & buyer experience. 8. Responsible for minimizing seller churn and reactivation of churned sellers 9. Ensure seller payments/communication of transactions as per defined SLA a. Material payment b. GST payment c. Quality Reports d. Debit Notes e. Compliance requirements 10.Resolving seller concerns related to payments & experience Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in sourcing, sales, business development, or procurement roles. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships. Strong proficiency in using data analytical tools to prepare reports and derive actionable insights. Self-motivated individual with a proactive problem-solving attitude and a strong business orientation. Ability to adapt seamlessly to company culture and effectively lead cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes through negotiation. Strong communication, onboarding and relationship management.
