Job Description We are looking for a humble and driven Corporate Sales Representative to join our insurance/ Mediclaim sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique insurance and Mediclaim needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to potential Insurance corporate clients to Merge our product with their application or Software. Analyze the client's existing coverage and identify areas for improvement or additional coverage. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Provide excellent customer service and be the main point of contact for assigned corporate clients . Collaborate with the underwriting and claims teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and timely issue resolution. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities . Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales strategies. Qualifications: At-least 3-5 years of experience required in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Planning skills Experience in client relationship management and contract negotiation Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is a plus MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or related field .
