As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be the face of our company, meeting clients in person, demonstrating our services/product, and closing deals. This role is ideal for go-getters who love interacting with people and are passionate about technology and sales. Key Responsibilities Identify and visit potential clients across Bangalore and nearby regions. Present and demonstrate software services/Products to prospects. Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Contribute to revenue growth. Collect feedback and market insights from clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any stream. 0–4 years of experience direct customer interaction roles Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi and local language. Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore and nearby areas. Strong negotiation skills and a result-driven mindset. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
