Responsibilities : - Work on new business pitches; including primary and secondary research, campaign ideation and media mapping - Generate new business leads - Identify RFP opportunities for participation - Up-sell services to existing clients - Networked with industry - Custodian of Agency Awards - Training and supervision of team - Generate marketing stories for Media Mantra group - Assessing new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind - Identifying, exploring, and evaluating business opportunities, performing risk assessment, and mitigating potential risks Required Skills : - Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in clearly communicating the strategy, either verbally or in written form. - Well-rounded young professionals who can evaluate a business for its weaknesses and strengths. - A willingness to work with the same spirit for long hours and meeting project deadlines. - Good negotiation and persuasion skills will come in handy. - A solution-oriented approach and the ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems timely and effectively.
