Hiring for Business Development Manager for New delhi location .
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expansion by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Qualifications
Strong Business Development and Sales skills
Proficiency in Market Research and Strategic Planning
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
Relationship-Building and Client Management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Experience in the executive or corporate services industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
