Manager Business Development (Flat Steel Products)

As an enthusiastic candidate for the role at GK Ispat Private Limited, your main responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Tata Steel Flat Products such as Tata Steelium, Tata Galvano, Tata Astrum, Hot Rolled Coils, and sheets, understanding their applications from an end-user perspective. - Showing high Result and Achievement orientation, capable of working independently. - Generating business with existing and potential new customers, achieving sales volume and price targets through effective negotiation skills. - Managing Responsible Account Receivables. - Utilizing Customer Relationship and Key Account Management skills to acquire and retain customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction through optimal response time and service levels. As for qualifications and experience, we are looking for candidates with a BE, MBA, Diploma, or Graduation degree. You should have a minimum of 5 years of sales and business development experience in Flat Steel Products, Special Steels, or related Engineering Industry. Sales experience in Karnataka is preferred but not mandatory. Additionally, you should possess: - Strong communication skills with knowledge of the local language being an added advantage. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - A pleasing and pleasant personality. Your reporting relationship will be directly to the CEO. Emoluments for this position will be discussed openly during the interview.
