Roles and Responsibilities Manage business development activities for entire AP region, focusing on general trade sales and distributor handling. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Identify new business opportunities and negotiate partnerships to expand product offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 10-15 years of experience in FMCG Sales or related field (preferably from a multinational company). Proven track record of success in managing large territories or regions. Strong understanding of General Trade channel management principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
