Job Description:

This position is responsible for helping Asteria build on its competitive advantage in the Indian Drone solutions market. Job will involve selection and identification of accounts and opportunities as per Asterias products and capabilities. He/ She will be responsible for account identification, account management, Sales targets, opportunity building, Hunting and Farming, partner management, billing and revenue, and all actions pertaining and management of sales processes. He/she will also be responsible enhancing Asteria’s revenue by undertaking other business development activities listed below.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Target and achieve assigned sales target
  • Understand and Pitch Asteria’s company profile, products & offerings to prospects.
  • Find, evaluate, and qualify opportunities in the segment/region assigned
  • Handle sales accounts from seeding to closure on-time.
  • Carry out pre and post sales record keeping
  • Schedule & attend meetings with customers across the country to further business.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to develop and deliver winning proposals.
  • Facilitate product demos / PoCs to showcase the technical capabilities of Asteria drone solutions.
  • Generate leads and convert them into opportunities and orders.
  • Participate in exhibitions while representing the company.

Qualifications:

Relevant Experience:

Desired Skills & Characteristics:

  • Thorough knowledge of sales cycle, especially govt processes
  • Understanding of the segment/region of operation
  • Good knowledge of MS office
  • Experience working with drone technology will be preferred.
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills.
  • Relevant experience involves having a strong track record in meeting Sales targets in a B2B + B2G technical sales environment.
  • Intellectual, confident, curious, fast learner.
  • Open to frequent domestic travel at client locations.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative business skills.
