Purpose

Responsible for driving the branch revenues of a product/ product category through effective sales process management

Key Responsibilities

Operational

Drive product revenues in the branch through the branch and area sales teamsImplement product-specific sales and marketing plans for driving revenues, market share and profitability of the product in the branchMeet product yield targets in the branch; Identify issues, if any, and develop plans to meet the set yield targetsFollow-up and ensure closure of product specific sales leads forwarded by the telemarketing teamNegotiate rates & service offers with customers as per the set purviews, in consultation with Branch head on case to case basisDevelop & retain existing customers and achieve base targets set for the product on a monthly basisEnsure that the branch achieves collections as per set logic remittance and DSO targetEnsure updation of prospects details in saffire software package on a daily basisCommunicate & interact with internal & external customers on service issuesSupport sales capability building initiatives in the branchProvide support to the Regional Sales Head – Product in identification of opportunities for modification of existing product offering for increasing revenues/ profitability
