Job Description

1. Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair services.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and service calls.
  • Manage scheduling of teams, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and materials.

2. Team Leadership & Staff Management

  • Supervise HVAC technicians, installers, and support staff.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees.
  • Set goals and provide performance feedback.
  • Promote safety, professionalism, and teamwork.

3. Project Planning and Coordination

  • Plan HVAC projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, vendors, and construction teams.
  • Ensure projects meet specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections as needed.

4. Customer Service and Client Relations

  • Maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.
  • Handle customer complaints, service issues, and escalations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage budgets for operations and projects.
  • Review and approve invoices, quotes, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor profitability and suggest cost-saving strategies.
  • Analyze financial reports and project performance metrics.

6. Quality Control and Compliance

  • Ensure all work meets industry standards and local regulations.
  • Conduct quality inspections of completed installations and services.
  • Enforce safety procedures and OSHA compliance.
  • Maintain necessary certifications and licenses for company and staff.

7. Sales and Business Development

  • Support or lead the sales team in identifying leads and closing deals.
  • Prepare proposals, bids, and contracts for new work.
  • Build partnerships with builders, contractors, and commercial clients.

8. Technology and Process Improvement

  • Implement software tools for CRM, dispatching, and reporting.
  • Improve workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated with latest HVAC technologies and trends.

9. Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of jobs, service logs, and employee activities.
  • Generate reports on job status, productivity, and profitability.
  • Communicate updates to upper management or company owners.

10. Strategic Planning

  • Participate in long-term planning for company growth.
  • Identify new markets and expansion opportunities.
  • Recommend changes in services or processes based on market demand.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
