Job Description

Manager Biogas Upgradation/ Purification System Design and Projects (Membrane/ PSA/VPSA)

Qualification:

B.E Diploma (Mechanical Chemical Electrical/ Environmental Engineering preferred)

Responsible for
design and manufacturing of Membrane/ PSA/VPSA and allied equipment
for Biogas upgradation systems.
Preparation of Design calculation , sizing and Basic drawings
Develop
technical specifications and Bill of Materials (BOM)

Review vendor GA drawings, process documents, and FAT procedures.
Coordinate with vendors for
membrane modules/PSA skids/VPSA vessels, valves, instrumentation, and automation
.

Lead the
erection, installation, and commissioning
of biogas upgradation units
Prepare
commissioning reports, O&M manuals, SOPs
, and plant documentation

Preferred Experience Background:

Candidates with experience in Membrane PSA/VPSA system design, fabrication, and commissioning in Biogas/BioCNG or Gas Separation industries will be preferred.
