Job Role: Manager - Bid Management and Presales Job Summary: • The role requires a strong understanding of customer requirements, market trends, and company capabilities, as well as the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling way. • Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification to proposal submission; conducting presales engagements and technical assessments; preparing high-quality, client-specific proposals and presentations; and coordinating resources across teams to ensure timely delivery. Role & Responsibilities: • Presales work /solution designing related to various solutions like Servers, Storage, Networking components, Security components (EDR/XDR, SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, Threat Intelligence, DDoS, Firewall, IPS, IDS, etc.) CCTV, Access Control, ICCC, VMS, VA etc. • Define and implement a structured way of handling opportunities, RFP, RFI, EOI, RFQ responses • Plan, co-ordinate and align with key internal stakeholders to obtain the required information to compile the bid with completeness, quality and in time (making sure deadlines are met) • Maintain clear, proactive and transparent communication with stakeholders setting clear expectations on required information and timelines. Prompt tracking, follow up and responses to adhere to the quality and the timelines. • Preparation of draft proposal sections based on RFP/RFI/EOI/Proposal requirement and compelling • Proposal creation and pricing • Proposal proofreading and documentation • Assessing and addressing the technical and commercial risks relating to the bid. • Contract / Service agreement / SOW creation • Support sales team / manager in all engagements • Maintain a repository of the recent RFI / RFP responses, presentations, sales collateral, etc. • Work closely with the services organization to ensure effective translation of customer requirements during implementation • Keep abreast of the latest solutions and research current and future market trends. Qualification & Experience Requirements (Mandatory) B. Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication) / MCA / MBA IT.
