True Credits is focused towards unbanked users who have created a huge demand for instant credit services in India. Job Description: Provide assistance in maintaining the Information Security, Privacy and business continuity program at the organization. Perform the internal assessments and gap assessments related to IS, Privacy and BCP. Suggest and implement best practices for IS, Privacy and BCP. Coordinate with external auditors and assist in completing the audit on time. Perform risk assessment and maintain a risk register. Create processes to ensure compliance with IS, Privacy and BCP policies. Create and manage a governance framework to monitor the health of the processes related to IS, Privacy and BCP. Perform day to day operational activities related to IS, Privacy and BCP including but not limited to Access review, Vendor Risk Assessment, Incident Management, Change Review, System Hardening Review etc. Review and manage incidents generated by DLP, AV, SOC, AWS etc. Conduct sessions/ programs to impart information security awareness among employees. Required Experience : Candidates must have more than 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Information Security, Business Continuity and Privacy. Candidates must have a good understanding of standards like ISO 27001 and ISO 22301, PCI DSS. Candidates should have exposure to security tools like AV, DLP, SIEM, WAF, MDM, PIM/PAM, NAC etc. Candidates must have experience of conducting internal audit/assessment for the departments like Corporate IT, DevOps, HR, Development, admin etc. Candidates must have exposure to security domains like Cloud Security, IAM, Asset Management, Network Security, System hardening, End User security etc. Candidate should have prior experience of implementing & maintaining ISO27001 and ISO22301. Candidates should be able to communicate with higher management, technical teams and other relevant stakeholders to manage day-to-day tasks. Exposure to RBI/NPCI guidelines is preferred.
