Chartered Accountant

What You’ll Do

• Provide end-to-end advisory and compliance support on

  FEMA

  (FDI, ODI, ECB, LRS, and other forex transactions).
• Prepare, review, and file

  FEMA returns, approvals, and applications

  with RBI and authorized banks.
• Conduct

  FEMA health checks and internal audits

  , highlighting risks and recommending corrective actions.
• Liaise with

  RBI, AD Banks, and regulatory authorities

  for approvals, clarifications, and compounding cases.
• Support clients on

  cross-border taxation

  , including treaty interpretation and international tax compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to structure

  tax-efficient international transactions

  .
• Stay current on evolving

  RBI circulars, FEMA regulations, and global tax frameworks

  .

Who You Are

• Qualified

  Chartered Accountant

  with

  3–5 years of relevant experience

  .
• Deep understanding of

  FEMA, RBI regulations, FDI/ODI/ECB frameworks

  .
• Exposure to

  international taxation and cross-border compliance

  .
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a practical, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects with precision and accountability.

Preferred Background

• Experience in a

  consulting/advisory firm

  or corporate compliance setup.
• Prior involvement in

  cross-border structuring, international tax, or regulatory matters

  .
