Vibrant Energy is a portfolio company of Macquarie Asset Managements Green Investment Group (MAM-GIG) with a mission to lead the decarbonization initiatives for corporate renewable energy customers and help them attain a more sustainable, resilient, and low-cost energy future. Vibrant is operating and delivering approximately 2GW of renewable energy solutions for corporates. https:\/\/www.vibrantenergy.in Primary Responsibilities: Generate leads and establish relationships with key contacts in large corporate organizations. Meet clients in person or via phone to build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions. Develop and pitch value-driven proposals to clients. Ensure execution of Term Sheets and Definitive Agreements. Liaise with finance, procurement, and construction teams to deliver competitive energy pricing. Provide inputs to project finance and operations teams for smooth project delivery. Build and maintain a network of channel partners. Participate in seminars, roadshows, and digital marketing initiatives to promote company offerings. Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, trends, and partnerships. Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting the company s offerings. Assist customers in selecting optimal solutions. Explore and execute new business models to address customer requirements. Take on ancillary assignments, including energy storage, green hydrogen, digital marketing, and IRECs initiatives. Qualifications: Up to 8 years (maximum) post MBA experience in a renewable energy role, B2B business development role, or consulting role. Renewable energy and Open Access market experience is a significant plus Language skills: English and Hindi are a must. Proficiency in regional languages will be an added bonus. Skills\/Attributes: Strong presentation communication (writing and verbal) skills along with spread-sheet modelling skills are mandatory Willing to work in a high energy environment with meticulousness.
