Job Description

1. Developments and implements aggressive sales plan with presentation for a particular region. Monitors progress toward meeting the plans requirements including the individual representative’s contribution. 2. Has to start his market on time. He also has to ensure his team member work as per the time line mention here. 3. Increases sales volume through sales efforts and by assisting Sales Team in field on time to time. 4. Review market analyses to determine distribution / market penetration. He is accountable for customer satisfaction and overall Territory performance. Ensure customer distribution / market penetration goals are met and exceeded through on-going contact with channel partners. 5. Assures that Sales team understands and adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures like ensure time to time reporting for himself and for his team member. 6. Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, MIS report with competition analysis. 7. To conduct monthly meeting on pre decided date/ days and discus all your sales team point like last achieve target analysis , give next month target, How success market develop, scheme, distributer outstanding payment with solving problem etc. 8. To follow his tour plan without fail and in case of any change need to inform Marketing Manager and sales coordinator in advance. 9. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with Sales team through leadership skill, supervision and training & development of sales team. 10. Recommends detailed sales plans and short term & long-term strategies with deadlines, Identifies targets of opportunities within territory. 11. Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units. 12. Analyses and regulate the sales generating expenditures such as Trade Promotions, Consumer Interaction Program, participation in local events etc;. 13. Prepare and present periodic & monthly sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed distribution expansion and review the sales plan. 14. Perform special projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager/ Any of Reporting Authority of the company.
