Manager - Application Technology

As a Manager- Application Technology for Waterbased Technology at Siegwerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the development and implementation of customer technology applications, solutions, and services in coordination with the OFC team partner(s) to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve defined business objectives. Your responsibilities will include cooperation with Technology Development and Analytical Laboratory to develop technology solutions that comply with customer and market needs. You will also support the overall regional/BU sales strategy and objectives, while providing accurate and comprehensive documentation and reporting on technology portfolio developments in line with defined standards. Additionally, you will deal with external technical partners, market partners, and service providers within your area of responsibility and cooperate with technology counterparts within the Group. Resolving technology-related customer claims with OFC teams to provide optimized solutions for maximum customer satisfaction will also be part of your role, along with continuous market and competitor observation to ensure the development of competitive applications, services, and solutions. Your profile as a Manager- Application Technology for Waterbased Technology should include a Technology Degree in Chemistry/Science, a minimum of 7-8 years of comprehensive experience in a defined ink technology environment (R&D, application service, etc.), and preferably small team management experience. Creativity, problem-solving skills, and strong communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively communicating technical topics to colleagues, supervisors, and customers.
