Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Sourcing Senior Analyst

In this role, ensure there is timely planning and execution of projects and hands on experience in analytics reporting as well as data management.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Project Management and Program Leadership:

• 
  

  Develop project plans, processes, and timelines

• 
  

  Independently drive programs with limited supervision

• 
  

  Independently manage client and escalations

• 
  

  Manage & trainjunior resources on account and lead team effectively

• 
  

  Data Management, Analytics, and Reporting:

• 
  

  Become expert on client&rsquos data & tools

• 
  

  Establish processes for Spend Refresh, Data Validation, Vendor Normalization and Commodity Classification

• 
  

  Develop and own critical Master Data Management inputs

• 
  

  Manage Spend Refresh Process (either through 3rd party tool implementation or manual data collection from client sources)

• 
  

  Own data validation, cleansing, normalization, and classification

• 
  

  Analyze data to identify trends/patterns and provide actionable insights

• 
  

  Stakeholder Management and Communication:

• 
  

  Collaborate closely with PMO, Client and Genpact Category Managers on data reporting & analysis

• 
  

  Develop presentation for project updates for senior leadership

• 
  

  Provide training on analytics tools

• 
  

  Project & Initiative Support:

• 
  

  Provide support on adhoc account initiatives as needed

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• 
  

  BCOM/MCOM

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• 
  

  Exposure to analytics and opportunity assessment

• 
  

  Good understanding of Sourcing & Procurement domain

• 
  

  Familiarity with technology landscape including Data Science, AI, ML, and Data Engineering concepts

• 
  

  Knowledge of big data and analytics architecture

• 
  

  Competency in Indirect Sourcing categories

• 
  

  Knowledge of systems landscape in Source-to-Pay (S2P) space

• 
  

  Experience managing data across multiple Oracle, SAP, and ERP platforms

• 
  

  Communicate and execute deliverables in fluent English (Professional Proficient Fluency)

• 
  

  Clear and concise communication, both orally and in writing

• 
  

  Executive presentation skills

• 
  

  Ability to effectively narrate stories from data using compelling presentations

• 
  

  Excellent project management & execution

• 
  

  Demonstrated excellent Excel skills (through a Genpact-administered test) Preferably proficient in Power BI
