Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analytics Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modelling, and business intelligence. This role involves working closely with various departments to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Analyse complex and abstract business problems and provide data-driven insights & actionable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into analytical requirements. Utilize data mining & correlation techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets. Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modelling to forecast trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders effectively. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in business analytics, continuously improve the maturity of team from tools/process/techniques perspective Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the analytics team. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience of 6~8 years in business analytics, data analysis, or a similar role in B2C domain. Proficiency in data analysis tools and frameworks such as SQL, Python, R, pandas or similar. Experience with business intelligence tools like Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
