Job Title: Manager / AGM / GM – Quality Management System (QMS)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
• Develop and maintain QMS documentation, including Quality Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions, and Records for system compliance and customer requirements.
• Lead and coordinate Internal Audits, Supplier Audits, and Third-Party Audits (e.g., TUV-SUD, Maruti Suzuki, Renault-Nissan).
• Drive Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives, 5S implementation, Kaizen activities, TPS, QCC, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Manage Customer Complaint Handling, Customer Portal interactions, and ensure compliance with Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR).
• Ensure implementation and adherence to core tools methodologies: PFMEA, APQP, SPC, MSA, PPAP, along with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Lead cross-functional teams in New Product Development (NPD) Quality and process improvements.
• Establish and monitor organizational KPIs, conducting regular Management Review Meetings for performance tracking.
• Drive Supplier Development, Supplier Audits, and Supplier CAPA Management.
• Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN), Product Change Notices (PCN), and 4M Change Management.
• Lead Calibration activities of measuring instruments and gauges (both in-house and external).
• Mentor and train team members on Quality System Practices, Problem Solving Techniques (Global 8D), and 7 QC Tools.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in QMS, EHS, and safety.
• Act as a key interface with customers during technical quality discussions and audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Metallurgy Engineering
• Minimum 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in Quality Management Systems in a manufacturing environment
• Certified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949 / ISO 9001
• In-depth knowledge of Core Tools and Quality System standards
• Strong experience handling customer audits, third-party audits, and supplier audits
