KRA for Facility Head – Co working

Mainly responsible for day-to-day operations at the co working space, provides support to members, and directly impacts membership growth and retention.

Following are the points which has to be taken care for smooth operations:

1. Client Relation: By addressing the queries of Client, try to resolve on priority for healthy Client Relationship.

2. Office Space: According to the Layout Plan, utilize the maximum office space as per requirements.

3. Front Office/Reception Area: Up keeping of Inward/Outwards Visitors, Consumable/Non Consumable Material, Assets, and Courier Records to be maintained.

4. Inventory: Proper Record of all Inventory of Pantry, HK Material, Stationary, Assets etc.

5. Vendor Onboarding: Onboard the New Vendors for better and fast service in cost effective way.

6. Trainings: Proper Training Sessions to be organized for Staff for Healthy and smooth operations.

7. SOPs: Prepare and implementation of SOPs for positive results.

8. Utilities: Certification of all Vendor Bills related to Services.

9. Budgeting and Reports: Prepare the Monthly Budgets and Reports related to operations.

10. Events: Organize the Events without hassle.

11. Liaising: Liaising with Building Management Team for smooth operation’s support.

12. AMC/Contracts: Up keeping of AMC/Contracts and timely renewal the same.

13. Billing Cycle: Timely Billing to Client and collections for smooth operations.

14. Sales/Marketing: Better Coordination with Channel Partners as well as New Clients via contacts for Business Growth.pp

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
