As an experienced and dedicated Admin & Operations Manager at our leading commerce-focused academy, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the company. With 34 years of experience in academic administration and operations, you will utilize your strong skills in student management, admissions, faculty coordination, and general office administration to ensure the smooth operation of the academy. Your reliability, organization, and commitment to building a long-term career with us will be essential for success in this onsite role. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily administration and operational activities of the academy. - Manage student admissions, counseling, and parent interactions. - Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth academic delivery. - Supervise staff, allocate responsibilities, and ensure effective workflow. - Handle documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements. - Support fee collection, finance coordination, and budget monitoring. - Ensure institute policies, discipline, and quality standards are maintained. - Plan and manage academic events, classes, and examinations. - Act as the first point of contact for students, parents, and faculty regarding operational matters. Education & Qualifications: - Graduate in Commerce, Management, or related field (MBA preferred). - Additional certifications in administration/operations will be an advantage. Experience: - 2 years of administrative experience required. - 34 years of relevant experience in administration & operations, preferably in an educational institution. Skills & Competencies: - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle student counseling, admissions, and faculty coordination. - Knowledge of basic finance, reporting, and compliance. - Proficiency in MS Office, digital tools, and documentation. - Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Personal Attributes: - Female candidate required. - Should be committed, reliable, and willing to stay long-term. - Mature, proactive, and able to take ownership of operations. - Professional, approachable, and student-focused.
