Manager - Ad Operations (Video & CTV)

As a Manager - Ad Operations (Video & CTV) at AndBeyond.Media, you will play a crucial role in managing the online advertising operations for clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing online advertising from clients to ensure adherence to advertising specifications and guidelines - Owning all Ad-ops components, including campaign launches, strategy execution, and monetisation - Testing, trafficking, optimizing, and reporting campaigns - Monitoring campaign pacing and performance daily for proper delivery - Collaborating with the team to maintain and improve ad operations processes - Managing and coordinating the execution of all digital sales, including display, video & CTV advertising - Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance and making proactive recommendations for revenue growth - Interfacing with Account Executives and Account Managers to manage campaign fulfilment and performance - Working with corporate teams and outside vendors to fulfil and manage campaigns - Utilizing strong knowledge of Google Ad Manager and other ad servers - Having experience working with SSPs, DSPs, and Prebid Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Campaign Management - Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing digital ad campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ad Manager - Having connections with all publishers in the market to negotiate campaign deals - Trafficking creatives and ad tags to appropriate ad servers and platforms with proper tracking implementation - Identifying and resolving ad-related technical issues and discrepancies for seamless campaign delivery - Staying up-to-date with the latest ad tech trends, tools, and industry best practices About AndBeyond.Media: AndBeyond.Media is a company that caters to Brands, Media Publications & Content Creators globally, offering Digital Media Monetisation, Holistic Video Content & New Age Brand Solutions with technology at its epicentre, delivered at scale.
