Job Description

Role & responsibilities Check and authorize various vouchers (cash, bank, journal, purchase, invoices) generated from Tally. Update bank receipt vouchers in Tally as per payments received from customers. Monitor and manage cash flow and release payments accordingly. Prepare and update fixed deposit investment statements. Create MIS reports and manage payables, including monthly open transaction statements, and submit bill of entry documents. Email outstanding reports on debtors to regional managers and sales personnel; follow up with customers for payments. Coordinate project activities, including submission of bank guarantees and payment follow-ups. Set collection targets for regional heads and provide monthly collection received statements. Scrutinize supplier and expense bills, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors/service providers for the best rates. Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of returns (PF, PT, TDS, GST, advance tax). Coordinate with auditors and prepare various statements as per their requirements. Manage income tax filings, tax audits, transfer pricing returns, and reconcile Form 26AS statements. Prepare, issue, and renew bank guarantees, manage fixed deposits, and handle insurance policies. Register vendors as per customer formats and issue NDCs to customers quarterly or as required. Make e-payments for utility bills (electricity, mobile, MTNL, data cards, etc.). Preferred candidate profile A male candidate who has managed the Banking, Accounts Receivables & MIS related work for a services company, with a strong exposure to client interaction for payment follow up. Knowledge of Tally essential.
