The Role: 360° Management Trainee Program

This comprehensive 6-month internship is designed to offer a 360° learning experience, providing practical, hands-on exposure across the essential business functions of our EdTech company. This is a rotational program ideal for ambitious graduates eager to master the inner workings of a high-growth sector.

You will gain vital experience across:

• Front Office & Administration
• Human Resources (HR)
• Sales & Business Development
• Marketing & Branding
• General Management & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through and contribute to the following areas:

• Operations & Administration:
• Serve as the professional first point of contact (in-person, phone, email).
• Coordinate daily office operations, resources, and documentation (filing, record-keeping).
• Assist with scheduling, travel, and event coordination.
• Human Resources (HR) Support:
• Aid in the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Support new employee onboarding, induction, and engagement activities.
• Assist with maintaining HR records and payroll/compliance documentation.
• Sales & Business Development:
• Collaborate on client acquisition strategies and lead generation activities.
• Participate in client communication, follow-up, and market research.
• Contribute to data analysis and reporting for sales performance.
• Marketing & Branding:
• Support digital and offline marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Contribute to content creation, social media management, and brand-building.
• Assist in planning and executing student/client engagement events.
• General Management:
• Participate in cross-functional projects.
• Identify operational challenges and propose efficiency improvements.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for senior management review.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or final year) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Essential Skills:
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A fast learner with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with modern digital tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to grow within a dynamic EdTech environment.
