Management Trainee

Job Description: You will help managers with daily activities, implement new policies, and provide administrative support. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn and rotate through different departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and HR by working in each one. Your responsibilities will also include conducting analysis by analyzing company reports, tracking performance metrics, and conducting research to identify trends and propose recommendations for improvement. You will contribute to strategy by participating in strategic planning sessions and assisting with the development and implementation of operational strategies. Furthermore, you will monitor performance by helping evaluate and monitor the work of others and providing reports to senior management. Communication and presentation skills are also essential as you will be preparing and delivering presentations, and facilitating communication between teams and departments.
