Management Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic fresher to join our Rotational Management Trainee Program, where the selected candidate will gain hands-on exposure across core eCommerce functions - HR, Listing Operations, Purchase & Vendor Coordination, and Business Analytics.

After the training period, the candidate will be placed into the department where they demonstrate the strongest fit and performance.

Key Responsibilities

During the rotation, the trainee will actively support:

1️ HR & People Operations

• Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding and HR documentation
• Maintain employee records and support basic HR processes

2️ Marketplace Listing & Content

• Support listing creation on Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO, Myntra etc.
• Assist in updating product content, pricing, inventory & listing dashboards
• Coordinate with design and operations teams for listing accuracy and timelines

3️ Purchase & Vendor Coordination

• Assist in raising POs and following up with vendors
• Maintain supply tracking sheets and support costing & procurement requirements

4️ Business Analytics & Reporting

• Work on daily sheets for sales, inventory & performance
• Help with data cleaning, consolidation and basic insights

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
