Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the sales and marketing teams in preparing proposals, client presentations, and follow-up communications

2. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of real estate transactions

3. Help track leads, schedule site visits, and manage CRM updates

4. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for senior management

5. Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis

6. Participate in property inspections, client meetings, and promotional events

7. Draft and organize documentation related to sales agreements, listings, and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

5. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment

7. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field

Salary:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year
