Experience -0-6 Months Work Shift: Night (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) Excellent Salary Package + incentives) Requirement: B.Tech/ B. E/ B.Pharma/M.Tech with excellent communication (Candidates from Customer Support/BPO/International BPO/Voice process background will be an additional advantages) Comfortable for night shift & work from office Candidates must have some knowledge on recruitment Local candidates are preferred or willing to relocate to Bangalore immediately. Role & Responsibilities : Understand the job/Client requirement. Source resumes from various job boards , Screen the profiles and shortlist the profiles. Cold calling, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, offer negotiation. Work along with Leads and manager to achieve the target in certain time frame.
