Job Description

Assist in engineering projects: Work on design, development, and testing of mechanical systems under guidance of senior engineers.
Support senior management: Provide assistance in planning, execution, and monitoring projects across departments.
Learn organizational processes: Gain exposure to operations, production, quality control, and supply chain management.
Conduct research & analysis: Perform technical and market research to support decision-making and innovation.
Prepare documentation: Draft technical reports, project updates, and compliance documents.
Participate in training programs: Undergo structured learning in leadership, communication, and industry-specific practices.
Ensure compliance & safety: Follow industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
Troubleshoot technical issues: Help identify and resolve mechanical or operational problems.
Rotate across departments: Gain multi-functional exposure in production, maintenance, sales, and supply chain.
Prepare for leadership roles: Develop managerial skills to eventually take on supervisory or project management positions.
