About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Management Trainee to support our app and web product operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and hands-on learning across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

During your training period, you will be actively involved in:

• App & Website Testing: Conduct functional testing, identify bugs, and ensure smooth user experience across platforms.
• Developer Coordination: Work closely with developers for task tracking, updates, and timely issue resolution.
• Customer & Client Interaction: Engage with users to gather feedback, resolve queries, and understand customer experience insights.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track usage data, generate reports, and support internal teams in improving processes and product features.
• Team Travel (If Required): Travel with the team for on-ground activities, client meetings, or product implementation.
• Additional Responsibilities: Support other operational or project-based tasks as needed.

Training Period & Full-Time Opportunity

After successful completion of 3-month probation period, a full-time role will be offered based on the candidate’s performance, learning curve, professionalism, and overall potential

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream; tech or management background preferred)
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Basic understanding of mobile apps, websites, and digital platforms
• Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
