Role Description

This is a full-time role based in New Delhi. The Management Trainee will engage in cross-functional training and leadership development initiatives to build expertise in business development, business operations, client relations or servicing, and social media marketing. Key responsibilities include supporting project execution, conducting market research, analyzing client data, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to strategy development. The individual will also learn to manage deliverables tied to campaigns and projects while preparing to stick a particular department within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to process and interpret data insights.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and campaign planning strategies is preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with online collaboration tools.
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver quality work under supervision.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior internship or work experience in marketing, content creation, or project management is an advantage but not mandatory.
