As a Sales professional, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for the solar offerings of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying opportunities and generating sales for company solar products such as solar panels, inverters, and batteries in your assigned region through retailers and distributors. - Generating sales-ready meetings and qualified opportunities by actively prospecting and researching the market. - Initiating conversations with relevant personas in companies to create sales opportunities and meetings. - Representing the company as the face of solar products, introducing prospects to the company and its offerings to build a sales funnel. - Crafting creative communication through emails and in-mails to capture the attention of prospects. - Developing innovative methods to enhance solar sales. - Engaging in outbound activities professionally and enthusiastically to represent the company. - Collaborating with the Marketing team to create campaigns that drive both lead quality and quantity. - Participating in marketing campaigns and events to support sales efforts. Qualifications required for this role include: - 0-1 years of prior sales experience in a similar industry. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage relationships effectively and willingness to receive feedback.
