Management Trainee-Sales

As an employee at Corpseed ITES Pvt. Ltd., your role involves building strong business relationships with new and potential clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, offering solutions and support, as well as answering any questions they may have. Additionally, you will be tasked with responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs) and creating/maintaining a database of prospective client information using CRM tools such as Excel. Key Responsibilities: - Building business relationships with new and potential clients - Understanding client needs and providing suitable solutions and support - Responding to client questions and follow-up call queries - Creating and managing a database of prospect clients - Collaborating with Reporting Manager on Sales goals, planning, and forecasting - Developing short- and long-term business development plans - Creating efficient and effective Lead Conversion strategies Qualifications Required: - Comfortable with a target-based job - Ability to think creatively and offer out-of-the-box solutions At Corpseed ITES Pvt.
