Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee located in Trivandrum. The Management Trainee will be responsible for learning and executing various business processes, including sales, marketing, and customer service. Day-to-day tasks will involve assisting in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, analyzing sales data, and supporting customer service initiatives. The trainee will also participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to optimize business strategies. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good understanding of business processes, including sales and marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Highly motivated and eager to learn Relevant bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred Show more Show less
