Responsibilities- Lead and contribute to projects leveraging Generative AI to innovate and enhance content creation, marketing techniques, user engagement practices, and AI-driven products Work closely with cross-functional teams to ideate, design, and execute AI-centric strategies that align with our organizational goals and culture. Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, identifying opportunities for application within the company Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation, encouraging the adoption of Generative AI tools and methodologies Apply a data-driven approach to measure the impact of Generative AI initiatives and inform strategic decisions. Qualifications Recent IIT graduate with a demonstrated interest and understanding of Generative AI technologies Strong track record of resilience, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate uncertainty Proven leadership experience, ideally showcasing the ability to spearhead innovative projects or lead teams in a technologically advanced domain Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for thinking outside the box.- Eagerness to immerse oneself in a fast-paced, ever-evolving tech environment, with a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
