We're looking for a Management Trainee to join our Project Management team, where you'll gain hands-on experience in real-time client delivery, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role is designed for individuals at the early stage of their career who are ready to learn fast, take initiative, and grow into future project leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Get hands-on with project delivery: Dive deep into how real-world projects are run, supported, and delivered in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Learn Agile frameworks: Understand and apply tools like Scrum and Kanban to drive day-to-day project execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work alongside delivery, design, development, and QA teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Track and report progress: Assist in preparing regular project updates, dashboards, and reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Support planning and follow-ups: Contribute to planning meetings, daily stand-ups, and follow-ups with internal teams and clients.
• Upskill continuously: Participate in internal workshops, mentoring sessions, and on-the-job training to boost your project management skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High levels of energy, ownership, and curiosity
• A genuine interest in Agile practices and tech-driven projects
• Basic familiarity with project tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana (a bonus, not mandatory)
• An analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a collaborative setting
